With a background rooted in economics and a master’s in finance, my journey has been marked by diverse experiences. Over a seven-year tenure in microfinance, I immersed myself in evaluating numerous firms, analyzing business plans, and managing diverse teams, cultivating an experience that includes adept financial analysis and business evaluation. However, as the founder of my startup, in the field of waste management, I have explored and walked through the entrepreneurial landscape, being in the shoes of an entrepreneur creating and growing his business.
Building on this foundation, my current role within Sporos, involves my commitment to strategic decision-making by overseeing fund administration, coordinating the fund's operations, overseeing the monitoring and governance of portfolio companies until exit, and conducting financial analysis on portfolio companies to ensure fund compliance- and executing investment decisions. Managing the deal flow pipeline, sourcing/executing deals for effective exits, and overseeing the fund's strategic vision.
